Lab Testing

IAP’s in-house lab and software testing capabilities ensure dependable fan performance. Our services include airflow performance evaluations, leakage pressure testing, balancing, stress analysis, and weld analysis to achieve optimal results. A full performance chamber is available for check testing and contract testing. We perform static and dynamic wheel and rotor balancing, along with final trim balancing of the fan drivetrain. Additional capabilities include sealed housing pressure leakage testing, nondestructive evaluation (NDE), finite element rotor analysis (FEA), and dye penetrant weld inspection.
